1. Do I have to pay anything to use Revamp?
No. Our services are completely free to property owners - we match you with renovators and oversee your project at no cost. Our revenue comes from a small commission our renovators pay us when they complete a project successfully. Our commission is a business development expense for our renovators and hence, do not get charged back to you. Our experienced renovators are highly driven to keep our clients happy because we provide a constant stream of high-quality projects.
2. How do you vet you renovators?
Our selected renovators undergo a meticulous vetting process. Primarily, we look for renovators who have 12+ years of experience in not just residential renovation but commercial establishments as well. We vet their quality of work by taking into account: 1) their project portfolio of both residential and commercial establishments; 2) prior referrals and reviews by clients be it other homeowners or organisations; 3) Licensing and training as per industry standards in Hong Kong; 4) Insurance coverages; 5) their legitimate business registration in Hong Kong. Rest assured, you’re in good hands.
I don’t speak Chinese, can I opt for a renovator who
speaks English?

Yes. We give you the option to request for English speaking renovators but in the event they are unable to take on your project, Revamp will allocate someone to handle any language barrier concerns.
4. Does Revamp offer commercial renovations as well?
Yes. Almost all our renovators are experienced with commercial renovations. Some have even contributed to the renovations of iconic landmarks of Hong Kong! Our renovators specialize in : Corporate offices Retail F&B establishments - Restaurants / Cafes / Lounges Fitness Centres / Salons / Spa Hospitality Education - Schools / Learning Centres / Universities
